ABOUT KARA
Kara has lived in the Cumming and Alpharetta area since 1992 and graduated from the University of Georgia prior to starting an extensive 25-year Executive Leadership Career with several highly admired local brands. Kara transferred her exceptional customer service skills coupled with her strong desire to help and inform others to the insurance industry in early 2022. Her team and her take the time to get to know customers and their needs so that they are truly able to help tailor insurance for you based on your individual coverage needs and budget. We are known for our exceptional customer service and our ability to review complicated insurance concepts in a way that is easy for customers to understand, and we make switching so very easy! Kara also loves giving back to our incredible community and in her spare time, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Northview Titans Football organization as well as serve as a volunteer and foster "mom" for the Feral Cat Program of Georgia. She is a married mom to 2 amazing children that she loves spending time with.

Melissa
Melissa joined the insurance industry in 2019, bringing a wealth of knowledge in customer service and customer relationship management. Known for her dedication to providing personalized support and building long-term trust with customers, she takes pride in helping people navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. Melissa enjoys getting to know customers and helping to explain coverages and assisting with their ongoing needs.
Born in North Carolina and raised in Georgia, Melissa values strong community connections. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and is a proud mom to a little boy.
Monica
Having grown up around the insurance business with a father who spent his whole career as an Allstate agency owner, Monica brings over a decade of sales and customer service experience. She loves getting to know people and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Originally from Florida, she moved to Georgia in 2017 and now lives in Cumming with her husband and their two beautiful boys. Outside of work, Monica enjoys reading, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with her children and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She’s always happy to help and looks forward to being a friendly, trusted resource for the community.
